本政策适用于深圳集创科技有限公司提供的“智梭ERP采集助手”Chrome 扩展。扩展的单一用途是：在用户主动操作后，从受支持的电商商品页面采集商品资料并导入用户自己的智梭ERP账户。
1. 我们处理的数据

扩展不会收集密码、支付卡数据、完整浏览历史，也不会在用户未触发相关功能时持续采集网页内容。
2. 权限使用
扩展仅在受支持的电商平台与智梭ERP官方域名运行。存储权限用于保存登录和任务状态；通知权限用于显示任务结果；Cookie 权限仅用于上述登录与账号激活流程；本地OCR在离屏页面中运行。调试权限是可选权限，仅在用户主动使用特定的 MercadoLibre 列表筛选或 1688 采集兜底功能时请求，拒绝授权不会影响普通商品采集。
3. 数据共享与用途限制
我们不出售用户数据，不将用户数据用于广告、信用评估或与扩展单一用途无关的分析，也不向无关第三方共享。数据仅在提供智梭ERP采集、账号登录、任务处理、安全防护和用户支持所必需的范围内处理。除用户明确请求的功能外，我们不会将通过 Chrome 扩展获得的数据转移给第三方。
4. 存储、安全与保留
数据通过 HTTPS 传输。扩展本地的登录与配置数据保留至用户退出登录、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。导入ERP的商品和账户数据保留至用户在ERP中删除相关记录或申请删除账户。诊断与安全日志仅在排障、防滥用及履行法律义务所需期间保留，通常不超过180天。我们采用访问控制、传输加密和日志脱敏措施保护数据。
5. 用户控制与删除
- 用户可以退出扩展登录、清除扩展存储、撤销可选权限或卸载扩展。
- 用户可以在智梭ERP中删除采集的商品记录。
- 如需访问、更正或删除账户及服务端数据，可通过下方联系方式提交请求；核验身份后我们会依法处理。

This policy applies to the Zhisuo ERP Collection Assistant Chrome extension provided by Shenzhen Jichuang Technology Co., Ltd. Its single purpose is to let a user actively collect product information from supported marketplace pages and import it into the user's own Zhisuo ERP account.
1. Data We Process
- Account identifiers, login state, and authentication tokens: used to sign in, associate requests with the user's ERP account, and authenticate API calls.
- Product data: titles, prices, images, variants, SKUs, dimensions, weight, and product-page URLs are processed only after the user starts collection or publishing.
- MercadoLibre or 1688 cookies: accessed only for a user-initiated buyer-account login/activation, login-state check, or an authenticated 1688 collection request. Cookies from unrelated websites are not accessed.
- Current tab URL and visible page content: used to recognize supported product pages, extract requested product information, filter visible results, or perform local OCR.
- Task status and diagnostics: used to show progress, report errors, protect the service, and troubleshoot user-initiated actions. Diagnostic events are minimized and redacted.
The extension does not collect passwords, payment-card data, or complete browsing history, and it does not continuously collect page content when the user has not initiated a related feature.
2. Permissions
The extension runs only on supported marketplaces and official Zhisuo ERP domains. Storage keeps login, settings, and task state; notifications report task results; cookie access is limited to the login and account-activation purposes above; OCR runs locally in an offscreen extension page. Debugger access is optional and requested only when the user starts a specific MercadoLibre list-filtering or 1688 fallback collection workflow. Denying it does not affect ordinary product collection.
3. Sharing and Use Restrictions
We do not sell user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose. We do not share it with unrelated third parties. Data obtained through the extension is used only as necessary to provide collection, account login, task processing, security, and user support.
4. Storage, Security, and Retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Local login and configuration data remains until the user signs out, clears extension data, or uninstalls the extension. Product and account data imported into ERP remains until the user deletes the relevant record or requests account deletion. Diagnostic and security logs are retained only as needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, normally no longer than 180 days. We use access controls, transport encryption, and log redaction.
5. User Controls and Deletion
Users can sign out, clear extension storage, revoke optional permissions, uninstall the extension, and delete collected product records in ERP. Requests to access, correct, or delete account and server-side data may be submitted through the contact channel below and will be processed after identity verification.
